Fatso este una din nalucile ale carei rezultate se ridica la efectul celor obtinute cu celebrul Slider. Constructia unui glider cu corp bombat a avut la baza obtinerea unei evolutii cu unghiuri mai largi. Corpul proeminent disloca o cantitate impresionanta de apa iar, la traversarea oricarei zone cu obstacole submerse, nicio stiuca nu va ramane indiferenta. Pescuitul cu modelul Fatso va va aminti de pescuitul cu oscilante: nu are un parcurs atat de liniar precum Sliderul, mai ales pentru ca in momentele de repaos se produce un balans din intreg corpul.
Fatso este o naluca de tip pullbait cu o actiune unica. Rapitorii de talie mare ca stiuca, salãul sau somnul pur si simplu nu pot rezista actiunii pe care Salmo a incorporat-o in acest vobler. Daca esti un pescar adevarat, acest vobler nu trebuie sa-ti lipseasca din trusa. Acesta naluca poate fi pescuita in multiple moduri.
Este eficienta, recuperata rapid cu miscari delicate din varful lansetei, dar si recuperata lent cu o viteza constanta. In ape cu vegetatia aproape de suprafata se pescuieste cu varful lansetei sus, iar in ape adanci coboram varful lansetei si executam miscari ritmice in jos.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
