Datorita eficientei, multi pescari de rapitor au afirmat ca aceasta naluca se comporta exemplar indiferent de metoda de pescuit folosita, chiar daca este vorba despre pescuitul la trena sau de spinning/casting.
In ape curgătoare mici şi repezi puteţi pescui cu Bullhead atat in amonte cat şi in aval, cea mai eficientă metodă fiind castingul, in amonte recuperand firul in forma unui arc. In ape cu multe agăţături SDR-ul este alegerea cea mai bună, datorita abilităţii acestuia de a evita obstacolele. In rauri mai mari cel mai potrivit este să aruncaţi năluca in amonte după care să urmeze o recuperare foarte lentă cu multe pauze şi smuciri gentile din varful lansetei. Pentru metoda trolling SDR este cea mai bună alegere, păstrand năluca la cca 30 metri in spatele bărcii.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
