Vobler de tip Crank cu vibratie puternica. Datorita formei compacte, se lanseza la distante impresionante, iar evolutia sa cu bataie puternica, atrage rapitorii chiar si de la adancimi mari.
Alaska este un vobler care a fost creat cu mult timp in urma .Poate fi utilizat atat impotriva curentului cat si cu acesta. Este in mod particular recomandat pescarilor de rau, pentru marimea sa, la o recuperare constanta si in linie dreapta, naluca are o actiune oscilanta viguroasa, aproape violenta. Recomandate si pe baraje mari, pentru capturarea de cleni capitali. In ciuda marimii sale, Alaska se lanseaza extrem de bine si sta in adanc, ceea ce deseori este crucial pentru a atrage pestii suspiciosi, de talie. O naluca excelenta pentru toate speciile de rau (pastrav, clean, salau si mreana), iar in marimile mai mari, pentru stiuca pe ape statatoare si cu rezultate deosebite la somn in ape curgatoare mari.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
