Multa vreme, acest lapte praf cu gust extrem de placut, ca de frisca, n-a fost disponibil pe piata nadelor de crap, lasand un loc gol in multe retete bune. De cand a reaparut, a devenit extrem de popular pentru faptul ca este o sursa de uleiuri si proteine de lapte, ceea ce contribuie la felul in care se leaga mixul si, in plus, ii da o nota dulce, cremoasa.
Pe langa valoarea lui ca aditiv in mixuri, Vitamealo este si un ingredient excelent in pasturile fine (stick mixes), unde contribuie cu usoare proprietati colante, sau in amestecurile de seminte, unde produce un efect de nor.
Adaugati 100g pe kilogramul de seminte in faza de fierbere.
Dozaj recomandat: pana la 170g pe kilogramul de mix.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
