Spinnerbaitul classic este realizat dintr-o sarma metalica cu una sau mai multe palete rotative pe aceasta, în partea superioara, urmate în partea inferioara de un lest, carlig si eventual o nacluca. Cu QUAKE, echipa Herakles Campion Mondial la Bass a decis sa inoveze radical acest design: structura din sarma metalica ramane la fel, însa un cap din ABS si o paleta au fost adaugate în partea superioara, loc unde va fi montat si carligul cu skirt.
În partea de jos a spinnerbaitului este montat capul de plumb plat si o paleta atasata cu un inel si un vartej pe rulment. Motivul pentru care a fost facuta aceasta mutatie a fost ideea de a dezvolta o naluca artificiala care sa permita o recuperare buna pe substrat plat, pe vegetatie sau cu pietris, unde modelul clasic cu carligul în partea inferioara nu garanta tot timpul rezultate satisfacatoare în momentul atacului.
A rezultat o naluca artificiala ce produce multe vibratii fiind perfecta pentru stimularea atacului rapitorilor de talie mare, fie si din simplul motiv ca-l întarata
Prezentat prima data în cadrul targului de la Ferrara Italia în toamna anului 2013 naluca a castigat titlul Best In Show la inovatii.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
