Rippler Shad este o naluca moale, proiectata si fabricata de Uli Beyer, unul dintre producatorii renumiti de articole pentru pescuit. Aceasta naluca are forma aerodinamica, cu un corp aerodinamic si o coada de tip lopata (paddle-tale) cu o aripioara aplicata, care ii confera un aspect realist si o actiune atragatoare in apa. Este disponibila in diferite dimensiuni si culori pentru a se potrivi nevoilor si preferintelor pescarilor. Materialul din care este fabricata este moale si flexibil, dar si suficient de dur pentru a rezista atacurilor repetate ale pestilor vizati.
Rippler Shad este gandita sa genereze vibratii si miscari atragatoare in apa, cu scopul de a atrage pestii. Coada tip lopata creeaza vibratii puternice si iritante pentru pesti, care ii provoaca sa atace. Aceasta actiune nu numai ca atrage pesti, ci si creste sansele pescarului de a avea atacuri. Rippler Shad poate fi utilizat atat cu monturi clasice, cat si cu monturi offset sau cu jig-uri, in functie de preferinte. Este un soft lure versatil si eficient care poate fi folosit pentru a prinde o varietate de specii de pesti: bass, somn, salau si stiuca.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
