Cea mai importanta trasatura a acestei naluci siliconice este greutatea sa extrem de redusa a materialului folosit in procesul fabricarii. In mod spectaculos, acest lucru se rasfrange in multiple situatii de pescuit: La gramaje reduse, caderea pe substrat este mult mai naturala si, in ape cu un curent constant, coada se va ridica deasupra corpului.
Nervurile (Striatiile) de pe suprafata corpului sunt menite sa amplifice turbulentele in apa. Pe ape curgatoare sau la viteze mai mari de recuperare veti observa ca naluca are tendinta de a creea un vid sub forma de meduza (umbrela) de jur imprejurul corpului.
Daca Floating Shad are un corp bombat in partea frontala, zona dinspre coada se subtiaza pe o lungime mare, pentru a pune cat mai in evidenta bataia paletei cozii.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.

Made entirely of oak, the Bow Chair is comfortable, visually pleasing and brimming with character. The moulded plywood seat is unusually wide in proportion to its depth and a waterfall edge at the front softens contact with the hamstrings.
