SET INELE ARROW TIER ONE 30MM PENTRU SINA BLASER
Seturile de inele Tier-One TACTICAL sunt prelucrate cu precizie pe mașini CNC cu 5 axe. Cheia pentru a obţine o precizie cât mai mare în procesul de fabricație este de a minimiza numărul de operațiuni necesare pe maşini diferite, pentru a finaliza procesul de prelucrare. Prin investirea în noi tehnologii s-a reușit să fie reduse numărul de operațiuni de la opt la două. Procedând astfel, nu există abateri de precizie datorate reglării diferitelor operațiuni pe maşini sau dispozitive. Toate inelele sunt fabricate din aluminiu 7075T6, anodizat adânc (30 microni) pentru protecţie. Sunt livrate în carcasă de plastic, împreună cu biţi Torx pentru montaj şi opritor de recul.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.

Made entirely of oak, the Bow Chair is comfortable, visually pleasing and brimming with character. The moulded plywood seat is unusually wide in proportion to its depth and a waterfall edge at the front softens contact with the hamstrings.
