Pluta de pescuit la undita Bogdan este un accesoriu deosebit de util pentru pescarii pasionati de pescuitul la undita. Aceasta pluta este confectionata dintr-un material de inalta calitate, anume balsa. Balsa este un lemn usor si rezistent la apa, ceea ce face ca pluta sa fie extrem de flotanta si usor de vazut in apa. Acest aspect este foarte important, deoarece permite pescarului sa urmareasca cu usurinta miscarea plutei atunci cand un peste ataca.
Pluta de pescuit este realizata manual, cu mare atentie la detalii, pentru a asigura performante optime in timpul pescuitului. Este prevazuta cu piciorus din fibra de carbon, ceea ce face ca pluta sa fie usoara si rezistenta in acelasi timp. Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
