Pluta Arno Bream face parte din familia plutelor avon, considerate o raritate.
Folosirea plutelor de tipul avon este incontestabilă, deoarece mulți pescari sunt atrași de ape curgătoare repezi, pâraie, canale.
Pluta avon a fost concepută pentru folosirea pe ape repezi. Cantitate considerabilă de plumbi bine distribuite pe firul principal joacă un rol important în menținerea momelii cât mai aproape de fundul apei cu ritm rapid de curgere. Montura este foarte simplă, fără complicări inutile. În astfel de ape, peștii trăiesc alt fel de ritm, ca în alte ape: aici nu au timp să se gândească, doar să prindă momeala, deoarece știu că râul ce curgere rapid a și dus deja o posibilă hrană delicioasă din fața gurii. Avonul a fost creat pentru aceste condiții fiind o plută puternică, ce adesea este folosit cu fire mai groase, care la smuciri nu le deteriorează, sunt durabile, deoarece în multe cazuri v-a trebui utilizat montura printre crengi și ramuri.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
