Ochelarii Polarizati Solano protejeaza mult mai bine ochii si asigura confortul vederii. Forma ramelor din policarbonat este ergonomica, imbraca fata protejand ochii si pielea din jurul ochilor de razele soarelui , vant si praf. Lentilele cu care sunt echipati sunt lentile polarizate TAC , extrem de rezistente la impact si zgarieturi. Spre deosebire de lentila clasica, acesta asigura o protectie de 100% impotriva razelor UV (pana la 400 nanometri), UVA, UVB, UVC. Lentilele sunt potrivite pentru diferite conditii de lumina. Spre exemplu categoria 0 inseamna ca lentila asigura vizibilitate si pe vreme innorata, categoria 1 – nori si soare, categoria 2 – soare ,categoria 3 – soare orbitor care prezinta si un tratament special antireflex , iar categoria 4 - lumina reflectata orbitoare , soare orbitor ( nerecomandat pentru soferi datorita reflexului patrbizului). Ochelarii cu lentila polarizata de calitate sunt mai mult decat recomandati la pescuit datorita faptului ca protejeaza vederea de a nu se deterioara din cauza reflexiei luminii in luciul de apa, asigura vizibilitate optima asupra plutei, firului la suprafata apei sau a pestilor care inoata sub luciul de apa. Deasemeni, lentila polarizata previne imbatranirea si deterioarea vederii precum si a pielii din jurul ochilor, previne formarea ridurilor.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
