Comparativ cu modelul anterior, noul BASIA 45SLD QDX a fost complet revizuit si ofera acum multe detalii tehnice noi, in special pentru piata europeana. De exemplu, tamburul noului BASIA 45SLD QDX a fost prelucrat mai adanc pentru a-i spori capacitatea - pe noul tambur incap nu mai putin de 300 metri de fir cu diametrul de 0.35mm!
Axul principal este fabricat din otel inoxidabil si este considerabil mai dur decat la modelul anterior. Toate componentele mulinetei sunt echilibrate dinamic pe computer, fiind fabricate in Japonia, in conformitate cu cele mai inalte standarde de calitate.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.

Made entirely of oak, the Bow Chair is comfortable, visually pleasing and brimming with character. The moulded plywood seat is unusually wide in proportion to its depth and a waterfall edge at the front softens contact with the hamstrings.
