Mulineta Black Cat Shadow Spin a fost conceputa sa poata fi folosita in orice stil de pescuit: lanseuri lungi cu naluci artificiale, pescuit in maluri, pescuit vertical din barca, si pescuit intre ape. Mulineta este facuta sa reziste o viata si a fost conceputa special pentru pescuitul cu fir textil. Angrenajele interioare sunt facute dintr-un aliaj metalic care este practic indestructibil. Frana are un sistem special de disipare a caldurii, care va va ajuta sa obositi si cel mai mare somn, in timpul drillului. Mulineta Black Cat Shadow Spin FD este dotata cu 8 rulmenti, corp ultra rezistent facut din aluminiu, frana micrometrica Magnum CSC™ cu discuri din carbon, knob supradimensionat pentru o putere de recuperare sporita, un tambur ce are o capacitate mare si o rata de recuperare 4.9:1. Mulineta Black Cat Shadow are o forta de tractiune cuprinsa intre 13.6 si 18.1 kg.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
