Matrita Benzar Method Feeder Mould Press 60X50
Matrita profesionala cu buton de ejectare a bulgarelui, conceputa de Benzar Zsolt. Practic, cel mai important accesoriu al unui bulgare folosit in tehnica method este matrita aferenta.
Spre deosebire de alte matrite existente pe piata, Benzar Zsolt a gandit un model care sa nu aiba contact cu nada sau peletele presate. Prin activarea arcului de ejectare a momitorului (dupa presare), momitorul se indeparteaza de suprafata matritei numai prin contact cu zona frontala (con antirasucitor) si spate (vartej fixare forfac)
Mod de utilizare:
Se plaseaza un strat subtire de nada (mix preparat, umectat) pe fundul matritei, apoi plasam forfacul cu momeala de carlig. Urmeaza umplerea cu nada, apoi asezarea si presarea matritei. Avem, astfel, pregatit cosuletul gata presat pentru lansare, cu forfacul ascuns in masa mixului.O parte importanta a operatiunii de umplere a unui momitor feeder este situatia in care nu folosim mix, ci micropelete. Secretul consta rabdarea in a astepta pentru o umectare corecta, care, apoi, sa permita un grad de aderenta optim pentru lansare si pentru o desfacere cat mai facila pe substrat.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
