Mănușile Gamakatsu sunt din amestec rezistent de fibre de 92% poliester și 8% spandex (elastan), se adaptează oricărei forme a mâinilor. Tabela de mărimi standard pentru mănuși este recomandată ca ghid la alegerea unei mărimi. Circumferința mâinii este măsurată și din aceasta rezultă identificarea mărimii. Spre exemplu, mănușile Gamakatsu G-Gloves Touch mărimea L sunt potrivite pentru mână cu o circumferință de aproximativ 23cm până la 25cm. iar XL cu o circumferință de aproximativ 26cm la 28cm.
Mănușile au un material conductiv pe vârful degetelor arătătorului și degetului mare. Acest lucru permite pescarului să acționeze ecranul tactil fără a scoate mănușile, fie pe un telefon mobil, sonar sau alte dispozitive. Căptușeala ușoară din lână îți menține mâinile calde.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
