Penn Battalion Solid Jigging Cast este o lanseta ideala pentru pescarii care cauta un echipament de inalta performanta, capabil sa ofere atat putere, cat si sensibilitate in timpul pescuitului. Tehnologia inovatoare Solid Spiral Armor foloseste fibre de carbon dispuse in spirala si intarite in structura blank-ului, rezultand o rezistenta exceptionala, rar intalnita la lansetele din carbon.
Datorita densitatii ridicate a carbonului, lanseta pastreaza o sensibilitate excelenta, iar utilizarea inelelor usoare Fuji Alconite contribuie la mentinerea unei greutati reduse. Sistemul de ghidare montat in spirala imbunatateste stabilitatea in timpul drill-ului, iar in situatia in care firul ajunge pe varful lansetei, acesta aluneca usor, reducand semnificativ riscul de incurcare in inele.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
