Black Cat Freestyle este construita pe un blank din duralfibre, robust foarte rezistent in sarcina fiind echipata cu inele SeaGuide XRG de ultima generatie de mare putere. Mandrina Fuji DPHS este una tubulara si manerul este construit din EVA ce asigura un bun control si o curatare usoara dupa sfarsitul sesiunii de pescuit. Lanseta dispune de rezerva mare de putere, iar datorita imbinarii de tip spigot blank-urile nu vor ceda la imbinare in urma presiunilor exercitate in timpul drill-urilor cu pesti de talie mare. Design-ul modern si calitatea superioara a materialelor, fiind printre primele aspecte ce vor motiva pescarul modern in alegerea acestui nou model din gama producatorului Black Cat.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
