Fir Ultima Distance 1300m 0.25mm
Monofilament de mare distanta, conceput special pentru casting. Distance a fost conceput sa ofere pescarilor distante maxime, largind la maxim aria pe care o acopera. Este un fir exceptional de matasos, foarte usor de folosit si la fel de eficace atat pe mulinetele cu tambur fix, cat si pe multiplicatoare.
Initial, Distance se adresa pescuitului de pe plaje curate, unde un fir performant de distanta trebuie sa fie extraordinar de flexibil. In teste, prin comparatie cu monofilamente obisnuite, Distance a permis atingerea unor distante cu pana la 15% mai mari.
Treptat insa, multi pescari din toata Europa au descoperit ca Distance se poate folosi cu succes in diverse domenii ale pescuitului, in spinning sau baitcasting, in apa dulce sau apa sarata, la rapitori sau la stationar. Distance este de asemenea firul numarul unu pentru castingul de performanta, fiind recomandat de Federatia Britanica de Surfcasting (UKSF).
Realizarea unui fir de mare vizibilitate, uniform colorat, care sa ofere o buna rezistenta la nod este unul dintre cele mai dificile lucruri in designul si productia firelor. In mod remarcabil, Ultima a reusit sa obtina o rezistenta la nod de 100% la Distance, pentru a da pescarilor siguranta ca il pot folosi cu toata increderea.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
