Daca zgomotul provocat de traversarea firului textil prin inele este o problema peste care nu poti trece, Gliss este solutia pe care o recomandam oricand. Bineinteles, nu vorbim de un fir doar silentios, ci si cu o rezistenta incredibil de mare raportata la diametrul propriu.
Gliss Monotex Chartreuse este noul fir revolutionar al companiei WFT, conceput din fibre 100% HMPE japoneze (polymeri + fibre textile impletite) de calitate superioara. Nu este monofilament sau fir textil impletit, nu este fluorocarbon, este un fir hibrid unic ce are rezistenta la rupere de 4 ori mai mare decat un monofilament obisnuit.
Firul are o suprafata neteda si perfect rotunda, un atu incontestabil pentru lanseurile la distanta mare. Aluneca perfect prin pastilele inelelor, de aici si numele Gliss - care inseamna a aluneca (to glide - eng.)
Caracteristicile de exceptie - memorie si elasticitate zero, rezistenta la abraziune si vizibilitate sporita, rezistenta impresionanta la diametre mici permit obtinerea unor distante mari de lansare si recomanda acest fir pentru orice tehnica de pescuit, in special pentru spinning.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
