Alegere perfectă pentru spining. Este disponibil în rolă de 135 de metri, care este perfect pentru că putem să lansăm până la 40-50 de metri cu metoda de pescuit menționată mai sus, și chiar după mai multe agățături ce se soldează cu scurtări din lungimea firului și din cauza uzurii, ne rămâne destul fir pentru a pescui și pentru a prinde un pește mai mare. Luând în considerare acest calcul, o rolă de fir împletit ne poate fi suficientă pentru câțiva ani. Dacă adăugăm că nu îmbătrânește atât de repede ca și monofilamentul, este o alegere excelentă.
Datorită tipului de împletire, aceasta poate fi lansată foarte bine și se comportă bine în timpul drilului.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
