Noul fir multifilament produs de Owner este Kizuna EX, lansat in 2024.
Fabricat cu aceeasi tehnologie de fabricatie -ALB , cu care este produs clasicul Kizuna PE, EX vine cu o imbunatarire in procesul de imbracare "coating" aplicat pe fibrele impletite.
Noua tehnologie ALB consta din impletirea industriala a complexului de 8 fibre , cu un pas mai scurt impletit, astfel incat inter-spatiile care raman in interiorul impletiturii sa fie cat mai mici. De ce? Pentru a nu permite apei sa intre in golurile din inter-spatiile impletiturii si sa previna putrezirea firului. Deasemeni, datorită pasului mai scurt împletit, firul devine mai durabil și în același timp suficient de puternic pentru a evita ruperea liniei din cauza agățaturilor.
Procesul special de imbracare ( coating ) al fibrelor permitre ca materialul sa intre in toate inter-spatiile impletiturii acoperind toate spatiile libere dintre fibre si raman acolo pentru un timp indelungat.
Aceasta tehnologie inovatoare ALB a Owner, are ca rezultat un fir textil mult mai fin, ceea cea permite lansari lungi si precise, este mult redus coeficientul de frecare prin inele si in acelasi timp ii mentine caracteristicile de baza ale firului, printr-o protectie sporita.
Este o noua tehnologie de coating care imbunatateste masiv durabilitatea firului, precum si distantele de lansare.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
