Denumirea HOT SPOD defineşte seria şnururilor, destinate în special pentru „spod”, datorită cărora veţi fi capabil să transportaţi hrana în locul corect. Portanţa şi rezistenţa la frecare excepţională o asigură 8 fibre PE, din care HOT SPOD 8X este împletit. Comparativ cu şnururile cu 4 fibre are o suprafaţă mult mai netedă. Datorită combinaţiei acestor proprietăţi împreună cu diametrul redus şi maleabilităţii la lansare se desfăşoară foarte uşor de pe tambur iar prin inelele lansetei nu creează nici-un fel de rezistenţă. În acelaşi timp are o portanţă suficientă pentru ca să suporte lansările cu rachetele grele de hrănit şi la distanţe mari. Dilatarea nulă îl predispune de asemenea pentru utilizarea cu markerul la stabilirea structurii şi adâncimii fundului.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
