Daiwa Morethan 12 Braid EX+SI este unul dintre cele mai noi si mai puternice fire textile impletite de pe piata. Profilul perfect rotund al acestui fir din 12 straturi este acoperit cu un strat tehnic de silicon care imbunatateste rezistenta la abraziune si alunecare cu noua tehnologie +SI. Rezistenta la rupere o depaseste pe cea a firelor conventionale cu pana la 20%, rezistenta capatata nu doar datorita calitatii fibrelor, cat si datorita noilor tehnologii utilizate in procesul de fabricatie. Suprafata neteda reduce frecare cu pana la 18% si asigura distante lungi de lansare.
Comparativ cu firele conventionale, rezistenta la abraziune este eficienta cu pana la 72%. Daiwa Morethan 12 Braid EX+SI este foarte suplu si oarecum mai silentios. Deoarece aceasta linie este putin mai rigida, este perfect aplicabila in conditii de vant si conditii dificile de lansare. Tehnologia UVF (Ultra Volum Fiber) Imbinarea fibrelor ultra-compacte reducand volumul firului si facandul mai usor pentru a obtine o sensibilitate ridicata. Noul 12 Morethan de culoare lime-green este acum disponibil cu marcaj de culoare la ficare 10m si un marcaj albastru la fiecare 50m, permitandu-va sa urmariti cu usurinta distanta de aruncare sau adancimea de pescuit.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
