Pentru producerea acestui fir, s-a folosit un proces inovator de impletire a firelor in 8 si de asezare a acestora in straturi foarte stranse. Multumita acestei tehnologii de ultima ora, firul are multe proprietati remarcabile: rezistenta, suplete si castabilitate de top. Avantajul principal al acestui fir este insa grosimea sa foarte mica si rezistenta uimitor de mare ! O rezistenta atat de mare la un fir atat de subtire este greu de gasit la orice alt fir textil de pe piata la ora actuala avand aceeasi castabilitate. Acest fir poate fi folosit atat la monturi cat si ca inaintas.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
