Firul Asso Invisilk Yellow este un monofilament realizat pe baza de materii prime si tehnologii japoneze. Este realizat dintr-un mix echilibrat si elaborat de copolimeri ce ii confera rezistenta sporita la rupere (test la nod) si rezistenta deosebita la abraziune. Este un fir mono tratat anti UV si gandit astfel incat sa aiba un comportament dual – in aer si sub apa. Un mare avantaj il constituie culoarea GALBEN fluo, care il face deosebit de vizibil in aer si relativ invizibil sub apa, de aici parte din denumirea sa INVISI. Un alt mare avantaj il constituie faptul ca acest fir este extrem de suplu si fara memorie de aici si cealalta parte din denumirea sa SILK. Asta explica aplicabilitatea sa atat pentru pescarii de rapitor cat si pentru cei de feeder si de crap. Rezistenta la nod si vorbim aici doar de nodul dintre linia principala si inaintas, daca acesta este facut corect, se plastifiaza devenind mai puternic. Datorita specificului fiecarui stil de pescuit, rolele de 150m sunt utile pescarilor de rapitor si feeder in timp ce cele de 300m si 600m sunt mai utile pescarilor de feeder si de crap.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
