Fir monofilament imbracat cu o camasa exterioara de fluorocarbon menita sa-i mareasca rezistenta la abraziune, dar sa faciliteze si invizibilitatea in masa apei. Echipa de la The One a conceput acest fir in ideea lansarii unui produs care sa fie mai accesibl decat fluorocarbonul obisnuit, cunoscut fiind ca un produs cu pret ridicat. Miezul este realizat din copolimeri de culoare trasparenta, un plus pentru marirea gradului de invizibilitate.
The One Fluorocarbon Coated este un fir cu excelente calitati. Acesta este rigid, foarte rezistent la nod si abraziune, memorie mult diminuata, iar elasticitatea, comparativ cu monofilamentul clasic, este mult mai mica; astfel, inteparea este mult mai rapida si sansele de scapare sunt mult reduse.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
