Firul Justron DPLS de la Daiwa este un monofilament de nailon fabricat in Japonia, conceput pentru a fi utilizat ca fir principal. Fiabil, durabil si usor de manevrat, se distinge prin infasurarea paralela (tehnologia DPLS) care isi pastreaza caracteristicile mecanice in timp. Este un fir cu rulare lina, moale si strans la noduri, ideal atat pentru utilizarea in apa dulce, cat si in apa sarata. Disponibil intr-o varietate de culori, este potrivit in special pentru cei care trebuie sa urmareasca cu precizie traiectoria firului, chiar si in conditii de lumina slaba. Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
