Faina de Soia Full Fat Toasted este practic cea mai calitativa faina
de soia prezenta pe piata nadelor de crap la momentul actual. Este
produsa prin procesarea semintelor de soia cu cel mai inalt nivel de
proteine prin procedee specifice astfel incat produsul final sa mentina
intregul echilibru nutritiv natural. Proteinele, grasimile, lecitina,
mineralele si vitaminele lipo-solubile sunt ramase la un nivel intact in
acest superb produs ! Fiind procesata de 2 ori, factorii anti-
nutritivi sunt indepartati prin procesele termice specifice, astfel
incat valoarea biologica a proteinelor continute creste exponential.
Este un produs extrem de valoros atat pentru calitatile nutritive si
biologice foarte mari, cat si datorita proprietatilor functionale pe
care le asigura mixului, implicit boiliesului:
-are un rol de emulsifiant puternic.
-absoarbe
lichidele foarte usor si asigura o buna functionare a osmozei (procesul
de difuziune a lichidelor nutritive si a proteinelor solubile in cotact
cu apa).
-are un rol puternic de anti-oxidant al grasimilor datorita continutului mare de Tocopherol (Vitamna E).
-este un excelent agent de legatura.
-asigura o mare usurinta in rulare datorita consistentei sale foarte fine.
-confera mixului o aroma fina de malt.
-retine umiditatea in boilies.
-ofera o cantitate rezonabila de proteine,grasimi,vitamine,minerale si carbohidrati (energie).
De
obicei se foloseste impreuna cu Yellow Extra Fine Semolina in proportii
egale, pentru a asigura o calitate de rulare foarte buna mixului.
Dozaj recomandat: 10 - 30 % /kg de mix.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
