Lama ingusta cu lungimea de 22.9cm ajuta la realizarea unei taieturi perfecte evitand oasele astfel obtinand cele mai bune bucati din peste in timp ce manerul robust este construit din nylon cu fibra de sticla cu striatii sporeste manevrabilitatea si confortul in utilizare.
Manerul se incheie cu lingurita pentru procesare extrem de utila pentru eliminarea intestinelor.
Lama flexibila este realizata din otel de calitate superioara 420J2,rezistent la coroziune si usor de ascutit, excelent pentru utilizare in medii cu grad mare de umiditate.
Datorita formei poate fi utilizat cu succes ca si cutit de filetat.
Cutitul vine insotit de teaca din plastic.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
