Abu Garcia Floatation Suit este un costum impermeabil de inalta calitate, conceput pentru a oferi flotabilitate in situatia in care utilizatorul cade in apa, contribuind astfel la prevenirea inecului. Acest costum dintr-o singura piesa este realizat dintr-o combinatie de nailon si lana, oferind caldura, impermeabilitate si flotabilitate adecvata.
Costumul dispune de buzunare mari si practice, o gluga protectoare, cusaturi lipite pentru etanseitate si benzi din neopren la incheieturi care impiedica patrunderea apei. Este prevazut cu petice reflectorizante pe brate, piept si gluga pentru vizibilitate sporita.
Abu Garcia Floatation Suit respecta standardele ISO 12402 si este fabricat din materiale de foarte inalta calitate. Buzunarele termoizolante sunt marite pentru o incalzire eficienta, accesoriile sunt imbunatatite, banda reflectorizanta este mai vizibila, iar materialele sunt mai rezistente comparativ cu costumele obisnuite. Compozitia materialului este: Nylon 39,2%, PVC 24%, Spuma NBR 36%, Neopren 0,4% si Polipropilena 0,4%.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
