Avand greutate redusa si fiind usor de montat, Monviso este ideal pentru aventurieri. Beneficiind de bete puternice si totusi usoare din aluminiu si o podea integrata in totalitate, constructia tip dom ofera protectie de incredere impotriva elementelor. O absida luminoasa si spatioasa cu ferestre PVC integrate ofera un spatiu convenabil pentru stocare.
Tehnologia WeatherTec ™ va ofera confort si protectie atunci cand campati. Proprietatile de impermeabilitate ale tesaturii sunt masurate utilizand o clasificare numita cap hidrostatic. Daca un cort are un cap hidrastatic de 3000 mm, inseamna ca apa nu va trece prin tesatura daca o coloana de apa de 3 m este plasata pe suprafata sa.
Tesaturile Ripstop sunt realizate folosind o tehnica speciala de ramforsare care le face rezistente la rupere sau destramare.
Caracteristica ignifuga a tesaturii va asigura ca materialul nu va izbucni necontrolat in flacari ci se va stinge singur, dandu-va timp de a scapa in caz de urgenta.
Stalpii ultra-usori din aluminiu sunt proiectati pentru a fi mai puternici si a intampina mai putina rezistenta la vant. Sforile de ancorare plasate strategic ajuta la pastrarea stabilitatii in conditii extreme.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
