Ideale pentru pescuitul la somn, aceste carlige sunt fabricate dintr-un otel rezistent durabil, care poate rezista la presiunea exercitata de pesti in timpul drill-urilor. Procesul de productie are avantajul mai multor brevete in domeniul metalurgiei si tehnicii de productie, materiale special selectate, otelul carbon al carui continut de carbon este atent controlat. Aceste materiale in forma de fire calibrate, sunt produse exclusiv pentru fabrica Fudo.
Exista doua metode diferite de ascutire folosite: mecanice si chimice. In timpul procesului, nivelul de ascutire este controlat on-line ceea ce duce in cele din urma la o ascutire perfecta a carligului.Calirea se realizeaza in cuptoare speciale asistate de calculator, controlul temperaturii se face cu o acuratete de 0,01 grade Celsius, iar timpul de tratare este ajustat cu o precizie de 0,001 secunde. In consecinta carligele Fudo sunt perfect calite avand o excelenta putere si elasticitate.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
