Briceag Zero Tolerance 0640, Lama 9.6cm
Modelul 0640 este realizat de Zero Tolerance in colaborare cu celebrul designer si producator de cutite Ernest Emerson iar rezultatul este un briceag functional cu design spectaculos.
Primul lucru pe care il observam este manerul realizat din titan cu prasele din fibra de carbon verde montate pe ambele parti, manerul robust este prevazut cu mecanism de blocare Frame Lock realizat din titan cu bara din otel intarit.
Manerul este prevazut cu elemente anti alunecare in partea superioara precum si in partea de jos, elemente cu rol decorativ dar si practic sporind manevrabilitatea precum si priza.
Lama cu varf clip-point este realizata din otel CPM 20CV cu procent mare de crom si carbid de vanadiu conferind rezistenta exceptionala la uzura si retentie a taisului superioara. Procentul mare de crom ofera otelului 20CV rezistenta peste medie la coroziune.
Lama se deschide utilizand discul de pe lama operabil cu degetul mare, manerul este prevazut cu clips pentru buzunar reversibil ce ofera posibilitate de customizare intrucat gaurile care il fixeaza sunt compatibile cu modele de clips custom produse de Ernest Emerson si Steel Flame.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
