Briceag Walther RK2 Pro Lama 90mm
Acest briceag este conceput pentru personalul profesionist de salvare. Locașul pentru degetul mare și canelurile de pe lamă permit deschiderea acestuia chiar și cu o mână umedă sau înmănușată. O clapă oferă asistență la deschidere și protejează degetul arătător atunci când lama este deschisă. Lama acoperită cu gri titan, cu lungimea de 90 mm, este fabricată din oțel Sandvik 12C27 și are o dințare scurtă pentru tăierea materialului fibros, cum ar fi frânghiile, curelele sau curelele. Un spărgător de sticlă din carbură de tungsten este integrat în partea din spate a mânerului. Un tăietor de centură separat cu lamă cu cârlig poate fi împins afară din coloana mânerului fără a fi nevoie să deschideți lama. Aplicațiile din cauciuc antiderapante sunt înșurubate pe fiecare parte a mânerului robust. Incrustațiile galbene neon ajută la vizibilitatea briceagului de salvare în întuneric sau pe pământ. Buclele de pe husa de nailon permit transportarea acestuia pe curea orizontal sau vertical.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
