Briceag Kershaw Bareknuckle, Lama 8.9cm
Designul Bareknuckle este inspirat din modelul Zero Tolerance 0777, este echipat cu lama lunga de 8.9 cm realizata din otel de performanta inalta Sandvik 14C28N.
Acest aliaj de otel a fost dezvoltat printr-o colaborare dintre Kershaw si Sandvik, procentul mare de nitrogen confera aliajului rezistenta superioara la coroziune si posibilitatea de a fi intarit pana la duritatea 58–60 Rockwell.
Manerul robust cu linii suple este realizat din aluminiu anodizat cu finisaj verde este prevazut cu pivot supradimensionat care completeaza design-ul si are clips reversibil pentru buzunar.
Siguranta in utilizare este garantata de sistemul de blocare a lamei Sub-Frame Lock ce elimina posibilitatea accidentarii in timpul folosirii.
Lama este actionata manual cu ajutorul flipper-ului si este actionata de sistemul cu rulment KVT.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
