Odată cu adăugarea de noi culori, materialele de Solid Black, Solid Navy și White au fost regândite și a fost adăugat efectul de protecție UV al UPF50 +.
Fața este expusă constant la lumină UV puternică datorită reflectării suprafeței apei.
Nu numai deteriorarea pielii cauzată de razele UV este evitată, ci și pierderea concentrării și a insolației sunt acum importante de evitat, un neck gaiter fiind parte a selecției echipamentului pentru a îmbunătăți pescuitul pentru ziua respectivă.
Cool Neck Gator folosește un material cu uscare rapidă care are atât sensibilitate de contact la rece, cât și rezistență la UV (razele ultraviolete)

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
