Aancorele din gama producatorului Insomnia sunt fabricate prin imbinarea celor mai calitative materiale, impreuna cu tehnolgia moderna de realizare a duritatii si ascutirii acestora. Finisajul si varful ascutit le confera o rezistenta ridicata, totodata aceasta sunt tratate anticoroziv. Cu o forma aparte, caracterizata printr-o distanta mai mica intre tija si varful carligului, aceasta faciliteaza inteparea cat mai corecta a exemplarelor vizate. Rezistenta ridicata (4x Strog), face ca drilurile cu somni capitali sa fie foarte sigure din acest punct de vedere.
Forma si marimea ochetului permit legarea acestora cu fire textile si monofilamente ce au diametre mari. Desi nu foarte multi pescari acorda atentie acestui amanunt, ancora este o parte esentiala a oricarui combo de pescuit, fie ca este vorba despre pescuit stationar, pescuit la verticala- clonc, sau pescuit cu naluci artificiale, unele mici amanunte facand diferenta intre captura si rateu.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
